Blueberry Muffin

We love blueberry muffins because it’s a great way to eat cake for breakfast! Using our muffin pre-mix and Wyman’s Frozen Wild Blueberries (RM37.64 for 500g), here’s how you can whip up a batch of cheat breakfast.

Blueberry Muffin Recipe
Ingredients:
1. 500 grams BWY muffin mix
2. 200 grams eggs
3. 120ml water
4. 180 grams oil
5. Wyman’s frozen wild blueberries
Method:
1. Place all ingredients into a bowl and mix until even.
2. Add in Wyman’s Frozen Wild blueberries.
3. Spoon mixture into muffin cups until ¾ full.
4. Bake at 190 C for 25 minutes.
